Pride Services Group is one of South East Queensland’s largest privately owned Security Patrol Companies, offering specialised security services such as; alarm response, mobile patrols, and protection for Events, Infrastructure, Government, Media Organisations and a large number of other entities across many industries.

Procedures and compliance within the Security Industry is paramount and is core to Pride Services Group and the services we offer. Our reputation stands on our ability to deliver what we say we will do, when we say we will do it and all to our high services standards. Failure to comply means the potential risk of clients experiencing loss or people getting injured. Security is our business.

Every client and job has different procedures, so documentation can be overwhelming.

LIBRARY101 offers us a central web based solution, where all our policies and procedures can be stored and our personnel out in the field can easily reference them 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Before LIBRARY101 our administration team spent significant time every day ensuring that personnel had the right information, but the challenge was the need to constantly communicate this information and the risk generated by personnel being overloaded with policies and procedures, this was very inefficient and generated unnecessary risk.

With LIBRARY101 the information is stored in a single location, is able to be accessed in a critical timely fashion, it is secured in case of business continuity and we can set up our document and file directories in a way that suits our business.

We view LIBRARY101 as being a crucial part of our continued efficiency, growth and profitability.
